Regional Sales Manager - Radiators / Plumbing & Heating. Industry Sector: Radiators, Water Heaters, Plumbing & Heating, HVAC, Heating Products, Underfloor Heating, Ventilation, Boilers, Heating Controls, Water Heaters, Plumbers Merchants, Independent Plumbers Merchants, Area Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, National Sales Manager, National Account Manager, Key Account Manager.

Area to be covered: West Midlands, South West & South Wales (can be flexible on location).

Remuneration: £50,000 - £60,000+ depending on experience + bonus. For a National Key Accounts or National Sales Manager, higher remuneration may apply.

Benefits: £500 car allowance or company car & benefits package.

The role of the Regional Sales Manager - Radiators / Plumbing & Heating involves selling a range of radiators to independent plumbers merchants with a focus on growing regional sales.

Responsibilities
  • Regional Sales Manager position selling a range of radiators.
  • All of your time will be spent selling to independent plumbers merchants.
  • Targets to achieve circa £300k first years.
  • 1st year 15,000 radiators sold, 2nd year 25,000 and 30,000 in year 3.
  • Majority of the accounts will come from your own black book of contacts.
Qualifications / Ideal Candidate
  • Must have a demonstrable sales track record selling to independent plumbers merchants.
  • Must have a black book of independent plumbers merchants.
  • Must have related HVAC / plumbing & heating product experience.
  • Ideally 10-15 years' experience in the industry.
  • Comfortable with working within a competitive environment.
  • Strong negotiation / closing skills.
