Zest Optical, partnering with a global leader in ophthalmic lenses, is recruiting a Regional Sales Manager for the South Central region to drive premium lens solutions. The role focuses on winning new independent optical accounts and expanding relationships with practice owners and dispensing teams across the postcode areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales within the optical industry.
• Proven track record of developing new business and growing accounts.
• Strong commercial awareness with negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a territory across the South Central, driving sales growth and market share.
• Identify and win new independent optical accounts through proactive business development.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to maximise account performance.
• Deliver commercial presentations and product demonstrations to practice owners and dispensing teams.
• Promote premium ophthalmic lens technologies and value-added solutions.
• Develop strategic territory plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and identify opportunities to increase product penetration and profitability.
• Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitor activity and customer requirements.
• Represent the business professionally, acting as a brand ambassador throughout the region.
