Regional Sales Manager - North/Midlands Region, Greenfield

Travelbag, owned by dnata Travel, part of the Emirates Group, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to support our growth across shops in Chester, Knutsford, Solihull, and Cheltenham. This role involves leading and motivating Branch Managers to meet and exceed shop targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

The position offers flexibility: you can be based in one of our shops, from home, or at our Leyland (Lancashire) office. Regular visits to each shop are expected every fortnight.

You will collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Manager – South to review performance, trading conditions, and sales data, and to develop strategies for achieving sales targets and enhancing product offerings.

We welcome applications from experienced Sales Managers or Regional Managers with travel industry experience and strong leadership skills, especially those capable of remote team management.

Minimum Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

• Extensive travel sales experience, ideally in retail travel
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with remote experience preferred
• Proven coaching and development abilities
• Target-driven with a results-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Full driving license
