Job Description:

Our client is a US-headquartered multinational medical device business with a market-leading presence across multiple healthcare disciplines. The business runs in a state of perpetual innovation, continually developing new technologies and enhancing the patient experience.

Due to their continued growth, they are now looking for a Regional Sales Manager, who will be responsible for revenues and managing the team in North London/Oxfordshire/Cambridgeshire.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing first-line management to the subordinate staff, including HR activities such as coaching and development for all reports.
  • Being accountable for sales revenues of the client portfolios.
  • Liaising effectively with team and support staff to implement strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Communicating the benefits of the client's products and understanding the market, including competitors.

To qualify, candidates should have:

  • A degree in life sciences or equivalent.
  • Significant medical sales experience in medical devices, preferably in a sales leadership role.
  • Results-oriented, strategic thinking, problem-solving, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and an ethical character.
