Due to their continued growth, they are seeking a Regional Sales Manager responsible for managing revenues and leading the team in North London, Oxfordshire, and Cambridgeshire.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide first-line management to the team, including HR activities such as coaching and development for all direct and indirect reports.
  2. Be accountable for sales revenue results within the assigned portfolios.
  3. Collaborate effectively with team members and support staff to implement strategies that increase market share and revenue.
  4. Communicate the benefits of the client's products effectively and develop a deep understanding of the market, including competitor offerings.
Candidate Profile:
