What we are looking for

We seek a results-oriented, motivated, and strategic salesperson focused on acquiring new customers and generating enterprise sales in a defined territory or vertical market. If you are a hungry, successful seller with high earning potential and aspire to be a top performer, a career as a Regional Sales Manager at Sidetrade is ideal for you!

You will need to

  • Proven success in sales, preferably with a software vendor selling business process solutions
  • Experience selling to C-suite executives
  • A consultative sales approach that provides value to customers
  • Comfort with cold calling and lead generation for new customer acquisition
  • Strong team player and networking skills

Your Team

The Sidetrade sales team comprises experienced Regional Sales Managers passionate about technology and customer success. We provide comprehensive training, coaching, tools, and mentorship, supported by our marketing team and Business Development Representatives to help you succeed.

In your first 90 days, you will:

  • Attend the Sidetrade New Hire Bootcamp to understand our mission, vision, and unique value proposition
  • Participate in our Sales Academy to learn our technology and sales skills
  • Align with your manager on objectives and targets
  • Shadow current team members and develop your action plan

Within 12 months, you will:

  • Be recognized as a top-performer, exceeding your goals
  • Experience significant professional growth
