KWS UK Ltd. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager - North to be the face of KWS in the northern UK market. This role focuses on delivering cross-crop sales operations by serving customers through channels such as agencies and distributors.
Your Responsibilities:
- Execute cross-crop sales activities in the northern UK region.
- Promote KWS products to farmers, agronomists, trade representatives, and others to influence purchasing decisions for KWS hybrid and C2 seeds.
- Analyze market conditions to define action plans for the region.
- Provide market feedback to support company strategies.
- Attend open days, field events, trade shows, etc.
- Design sales campaigns with the Commercial Director and marketing team, including pricing and contracts.
- Distribute trial/demo seeds according to sales strategies.
- Support project-related work for KWS.
Your Qualifications:
- Preferred: Degree in agricultural sciences, agricultural economics, or similar.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
- Knowledge of the UK agricultural market and distribution channels.
