A leading hotel in the North West of England seeks a Regional Sales Manager to join its award-winning team. The role involves sourcing new business and maintaining existing accounts, while working within a vibrant team to drive sales across multiple segments including MICE and events. Ideal candidates should possess strong sales experience, robust networking skills, and a passion for achieving targets.
Location: North (1 day per week travel to our resort in Cheshire)
Salary: Dependent on experience. Includes a quarterly bonus for OTE

Overview:
Carden Park is the North West of England’s largest independent hotel offering 197 bedrooms, 18 meeting spaces, catering for up to 400 delegates.
We are a four-star resort style venue based within 1000 acres of Cheshire countryside with the ability to cater for a variety of different market segments including but not limited to; MICE, Sport Groups, Banqueting, Private events, Team Building, Corporate Golf, Spa & Wellbeing, Weddings & Leisure.
Job Role:
We have an opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager to join our award winning sales team.
The position can be home based, located within easy access to the North region with a requirement to report to the office at least 1 day per week (negotiable based on diary commitments etc) & must be available to attend on site customer / internal meetings as & when required.
A Sales Manager you will pro-actively source new business whilst Account Managing Current Accounts from the North, developing relationships with agents and direct clients to keep the hotel a leader in the marketplace.

An Initial 1:1 interview will be done with the Director of Sales at a mutually agreed location, shortlisted candidates will be invited to a 2 nd 2:1 interview which will include asking candidates to complete a presentation at Carden Park Hotel, Cheshire.
