Job Description



  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of field sales professionals


  • Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with national business objectives.


  • Drive performance through effective KPI management, forecasting, and pipeline development.


  • Build strong, strategic customer relationships to enhance retention and revenue growth.


  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic account plans.


  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Category teams to ensure service excellence.


  • Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies to maintain market leadership.


  • Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus.

The Successful Applicant



  • Experience in sales management, preferably in the industrial tools, MRO, or distribution sectors.


  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading successful sales teams.


  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.


  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.


  • Ability to travel regionally as required.


  • Experience in regional sales operations.


  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
