About Our Client

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales team within a leading UK-based industrial tools and services organisation. This individual will be responsible for driving profitable growth, developing regional sales strategies, and ensuring customer excellence across the division. You will manage a team of Sales Executives across your region.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of field sales professionals
  • Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with national business objectives
  • Drive performance through effective KPI management, forecasting, and pipeline development
  • Build strong, strategic customer relationships to enhance retention and revenue growth
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic account plans
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Category teams to ensure service excellence
  • Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies to maintain market leadership
  • Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus
The Successful Applicant
  • Experience in sales management, preferably in the industrial tools, MRO, or distribution sectors
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading successful sales teams
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
  • Ability to travel regionally as required
  • Experience in regional sales operations
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
