2 vacancies - areas to be covered:

• London & South East
• Scotland & North East

Remuneration: £50,000 - £70,000 + 15% bonus

Role

The role of the Regional Sales Manager - Building Entrance & Access Solutions will involve:

• Field sales positions selling a high quality range of manufactured entrance & access security systems
• All of your time will be spent selling to main contractors, end users, integrators, architectural practises and specifiers
• Targeting projects within commercial sectors such as education, high end office buildings and for large blue chip organisations buildings
• Dealing with order values ranging from £10k - £200k per project with an average order of around £30k
• Target over targets between £1m-£2m

Requirements

• Must have project led field sales experience in the construction industry
• Must be commercially savvy
• Must have sold to main contractors, end users, installers and integrators
• Specification sales experience would be an advantage however not essential
• Hungry, tenacious personality
• Likeable character and strong presence
