£45,000 - £55,000 + Remote + Training + Quarterly Bonus + Company Car

Location: Worthing (Remote/South East)

Are you a Regional/Area Sales Manager or similar with an Electrical or Lighting background looking for a new role with a market-leading company? We offer a generous and achievable quarterly bonus, with additional bonuses for hitting individual targets, and the flexibility of working remotely between site visits in the South East.

We are a well-established, family-owned business specializing in manufacturing and supplying electrical and lighting products to blue-chip clients across the UK and the global commercial market.

This autonomous role involves a mix of working from home, client visits, and telephone calls to develop and maintain client relationships across Greater London and Kent, helping to achieve sales targets and providing customer support.

This position is ideal for someone with an Electrical/Lighting background in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development, seeking a remote role with a supportive family-owned business offering attainable quarterly bonuses.
