Due to continued success and future business growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager to join our East Midlands sales team covering developments in the Nottinghamshire area.
The Role
Are you an experienced new homes Sales Manager with experience of leading successful sales teams?
Are you sales focused with the motivation and drive to achieve within a target driven environment?

As our Regional Sales Manager, you will provide effective leadership and management to your sales teams, enabling them to focus on the delivery of sales and the customer journey across all developments under your responsibility.
As this is a mobile role and will involve daily travel to our sites across the East Midlands region, a full UK driving licence will be required. You will also be required to attend the regional head office in Nottingham weekly.

Who are we looking for?
To be successful as our Regional Sales Manager, you will hold previous experience as a new homes Sales Manager.
You will also possess excellent sales team management, leadership and coaching skills with a commitment and passion for the delivery of sales and customer experience targets and standards.
