This is a hybrid role combining direct sales with the management of a small team of three field-based sales representatives, covering the South of England.

THE ROLE:
As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing your own sales across the territory and leading a team of three Business Development Managers. You will sell a leading range of medical compression products into NHS and private healthcare sectors, working closely with key decision-makers such as District Nurses, Tissue Viability Nurses, Vascular Consultants, Lymphoedema Specialists, and Procurement Teams. You will coach, develop, and mentor your team to achieve territory objectives, drive strategic planning, support formulary inclusions, win tenders, and enhance the brand presence in your region. Strong cross-functional collaboration, accurate CRM reporting, and strategic planning are essential.
EXPERIENCE:
Ideal candidates are already in a medical team management role or are strong Key Account Managers within wound care, urology, or compression therapy, ready to step into leadership. A proven record of commercial success, clinical engagement skills, and understanding of NHS structure and procurement processes are essential. Experience managing a team and mentoring colleagues is advantageous.
PACKAGE:
· Basic Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience
· Company Car or Car Allowance
· Private Healthcare
· 25 Days Annual Leave (plus public holidays)
Desired Skills and Experience:
Same as above: medical team management or Key Account Manager experience in wound care, urology, or compression therapy, with leadership aspirations, proven success, clinical engagement, NHS understanding, and mentoring experience.
