Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - Composite Doors

Industry Sector: Composite Doors, Doors, Window & Doors, Timber Windows, Building Products, Joinery Products, Developers, Door Installers, Installers, Fabrications, Fabricators, Main Contractors, Sub Contractors, Merchants, National Merchants, Independent Merchants

Area to be covered: Southern England (Birmingham down - must be based South East)

Remuneration: £50,000 - £60,000 negotiable + negotiable performance related bonus

Benefits: VW Tiguan & full comprehensive benefits

The role of the Area Sales Manager - Composite Doors will involve:

  1. Field sales position selling a comprehensive range of composite doors
  2. All of your time will be spent selling directly to the trade through predominantly window & door installers, fabricators and contractors
  3. The remaining portion of your time will be spent managing / selling to showrooms and merchants
  4. Targeted to achieve circa £1m turnover
  5. Will inherit circa 300 spending accounts
  6. Good blend of account management and new business
  7. Dealing with order values ranges from £700-£10,000+

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager - Composite Doors with:

  1. Must have sold a related product such as; doors, windows / fenestration
  2. Must have sold to builder merchants and showrooms OR installers, fabricators, contractors, merchants, showrooms (ideally both)
  3. Ideally with existing relationships in the South East (not essential)
  4. Looking for a long term career opportunity within a growing business
  5. Driven, enthusiastic team player
  6. Organised with strong account management skills
