Regional Sales Manager - London Territory (Remote/Flexible Location)

Are you a dedicated individual looking to put your expertise to work fully flexibly in a remote position?

Proclinical is recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager on behalf of a high-growth medical technology company that has expanded from 750 to over 1,300 employees since 2020. This growth is driven by continuous innovation, new product launches, and a strong commitment to improving patient outcomes in cardiac ablation, pain management, and surgical care.

Territory: Greater London and surrounding areas
Location: Remote/flexible within the region
Note: This is not a management/team leadership role.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone with cardiology or cardia sales experience-especially if you've sold a therapy and thrive in the OR environment. You'll work closely with surgeons and clinical teams, providing both sales and clinical support and the main challenge is to convince the cardiac surgeons to use a new therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business in cardiac operating theatres and related hospital departments
  • Support surgeons and staff during procedures
  • Provide clinical follow-up and education
  • Expand and develop the London territory

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven medical device sales experience in cardiology, cardiac, surgical, or related markets
  • Experience selling a therapy, not just a product
  • Strong clinical aptitude (approx. 60% sales, 40% clinical)
  • A proactive, goal-oriented mindset suited to a high-growth environment
