Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – Facades x3

Industry Sector: Building Boards, EWI, Exterior Wall Systems, Rainscreen Systems, Insulation, Facades, Dry Lining, Cladding, Exterior Building Products, Building Envelope, Cement Boards, Cladding Panels, High Pressure Panels

There are 3 vacancies in the following areas:

• South West & South Wales
• Midlands & North (based Midlands)
• Ireland & Scotland (must be Irish based)

Remuneration: £50,000 - £55,000 + £20,000 bonus

Role:

The role of the Regional Sales Manager – Facades will involve selling a high quality range of facades and wall solutions such as: rainscreen, EWI, building boards, facade systems and framing systems to sub-contractors, envelope contractors, architects, local authorities, social housing and domestic users.

Key responsibilities include:

• Working on projects within the education, hospitals, hotels and student accommodation
• Dealing with order values ranging from around £3k - £150k+
• Completing CPD presentations

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal applicant will be a Regional Sales Manager – Facades with:

• Experience selling building envelope systems or related
• Experience selling to sub-contractors, envelope contractors, architects, local authorities, social housing and domestic users
• Self-motivated and ‘can do’ attitude
• Strong communicator
