Remuneration: £50,000 - £55,000 + £20,000 bonus

Role Description

The role of the Regional Sales Manager - Facades will involve selling a high quality range of facades and wall solutions such as: rainscreen, EWI, building boards, facade systems and framing systems. Working on projects within the education, hospitals, hotels and student accommodation sectors, selling to sub-contractors, envelope contractors, architects, local authorities, social housing and domestic users.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a turnover target determined by area and experience
• Dealing with order values ranging from around £3k - £150k+
• Completing CPD presentations

Requirements

The ideal applicant will be a Regional Sales Manager - Facades with:

• Experience selling building envelope systems or related products
• Experience selling to sub-contractors, envelope contractors, architects, local authorities, social housing and domestic users
• A self-motivated and 'can do' attitude
• Strong communication skills
• IT literacy
