An international education provider is seeking a Partner Relations Manager to lead and grow their partner network across the Asia-Pacific region. The role requires exceptional relationship-building skills and a proven track record in B2B sales. Responsibilities include developing long-term partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams. Familiarity with Salesforce and fluency in English are essential, with an additional APAC language being highly desirable. Willingness to travel extensively is required.
Purpose: To lead and grow our partner network across the Asia-Pacific region, strengthening relationships and driving sustainable sales growth for our established English language summer and year-round programs.
This role focuses on building long-term partnerships based on trust, service, and integrity, while achieving our commercial goals.
Your Role
• Act as the primary point of contact for partner agencies, ensuring exceptional levels of service, responsiveness, and support.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partner agencies to maximise sales potential.
• Proactively identify, negotiate, and secure new business opportunities within both existing and new partner networks.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (admissions, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth delivery and fulfilment of services for partners and their clients.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in Salesforce CRM, including group and individual bookings, program details, admissions, and invoicing.
• Monitor APAC market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform and refine sales strategies.
• Provide regular performance reporting and actionable insights to senior management.
• Conduct regular partner visits, virtual meetings, and represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and sales missions.
• Actively seek partner feedback to continually enhance our service offering and strengthen our reputation in the market.

• Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual communication tools.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating as part of a global team.
Qualifications & Experience
• Proven track record in B2B sales within the education, travel, or related service industries, ideally with experience in the APAC region.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in account management, partner relations, or international sales roles.
• Experience working with international agent networks and understanding of the education travel sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or related field (or equivalent professional experience) is desirable but not essential
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in an additional APAC language is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the APAC region and occasionally beyond.
