Position Overview:

The Regional Sales Manager for Air Pollution Control is responsible for achieving sales targets, executing strategic growth initiatives, managing sales teams and channels, and developing customer relationships within the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Grow sales of industrial dust collection systems within the region.
  2. Manage sales results through representatives and direct customer engagement.
  3. Develop relationships with new and existing customers through meetings, presentations, and seminars.
  4. Coordinate with engineering teams to prepare proposals.
  5. Ensure proper application, specification, and installation of systems.
  6. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
  7. Identify new markets and applications for products.
  8. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and sales meetings.
  9. Maintain sales forecasts and activity reports.
  10. Provide market feedback and support new product development.
  11. Understand industry dynamics, customer base, and competitors.
  12. Support customers throughout the sales cycle and negotiate contracts.
  13. Resolve customer conflicts professionally.
  14. Lead technical training sessions for customers.
  15. Collaborate with aftermarket and field service teams.
  16. Travel approximately 50% within the region.

KPIs:

  • Regional equipment bookings.
  • Salesforce CRM accuracy and updates.
  • Pipeline development (30/60/90 days).

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in technical industries, HVAC, or air pollution control highly desired.
  • Knowledge of air filtration and airflow concepts.
  • Experience managing sales channels and working with industrial equipment.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving, analytical, and mediation skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude and computer proficiency.
