Job Description:

The Regional Sales Manager - Air Pollution Control is responsible for executing sales goals, implementing growth strategies, managing sales representatives, and direct sales activities within the assigned region.

Key responsibilities include growing sales of AAF dust collection systems, managing sales results through networks and direct customer engagement, developing customer relationships, coordinating technical proposals, ensuring proper application and installation of systems, maintaining sales pipelines in Salesforce, exploring new markets, attending trade shows, providing market feedback, and supporting product development.

Travel throughout the region (approximately 50%) is required. The role demands strong industry knowledge, sales experience, technical understanding, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in technical industries, HVAC, or air pollution control highly desired
  • Knowledge of air pollution control technologies
  • Experience with industrial equipment and airflow concepts
  • Sales channel management experience
  • Presentation skills, CRM proficiency, mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to work inclusively and collaboratively
