Description:

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of 10-15 Business Development Managers (BDMs) across a defined geographical area. Your primary goal is to build a high-performance sales culture, driving your team to achieve new business targets across all field sales territories. Through effective motivation, coaching, and development, you'll ensure that our sales function is highly effective, compliant, and profitable, in line with our company vision and values.



Role Overview

You will serve as a key tactical leader, accountable for the overall sales performance in your region. Your focus will be on coaching your team to excel in self-generating new business, managing pipelines, and mastering sales processes. You will monitor and report on all Sales KPIs, ensuring company policies, standards, and compliance are upheld consistently.

Key Responsibilities

* Target Achievement: Drive your team to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, ensuring high levels of prospecting, appointments, and presentations.
* Team Development: Coach and train BDMs on self-generating leads, closing deals, and managing the sales process effectively.
* Performance Management: Oversee the recruitment, induction, and ongoing training of your team, ensuring continuous development and performance management.
* Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
* KPI Monitoring: Track and report on all key sales metrics daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly, taking corrective action when necessary.
* Initiative Execution: Implement sales incentive programs and initiatives to drive performance across your region.
