Regional Sales Manager, southern region, gb

Chase Taylor Recruitment has partnered with a high-end fenestration business seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join their team and enhance the company's profile.

The client manufactures and supplies skylights, roof lights, and large glass roofs for commercial, retail, and domestic markets. They pride themselves on quality products and exceptional customer experience, specializing in innovative daylight and ventilation solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a solid sales background within the fenestration industry, selling to architects, specifiers, and contractors. The role covers the entire South of the UK, including the South Coast, Thames area, and South Wales.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a regional sales plan targeting profitable growth from specifications, projects, and customer relationships.
  • Identify and initiate contact with new customers.
  • Provide technical advice and assist with product specifications.
  • Generate and follow up on quotations proactively.
  • Support business strategy as part of the management team.
  • Travel to sites and customer offices as needed.
  • Collaborate with marketing on strategies and promotions.
  • Liaise with sales, technical, finance, warehousing, and logistics teams.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Degree in economics, industrial engineering, or related field.
  • Industry knowledge of windows and doors.
  • Excellent technical knowledge.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP and CRM systems.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
