Regional South Manager – South
THE ROLE OF REGIONAL SALES MANAGER:
As the Regional Sales Manager for the South, you will be responsible for managing a team of field-based sales professionals whose primary focus is to gain new distribution for one of the world’s biggest brands in the vaping category, launching their exciting range of vape pod kits, salts and e-liquids, by building and nurturing relationships with key decision makers within retail stores. As the Regional Sales Manager, you will work to deliver on targets, objectives and KPI’s through the team, set by the National Sales Manager for this brand who you will report into.
Your main responsibilities will be to effectively plan your diary to ensure you are spending adequate time in the field with your team, coaching, developing, and training them in the key aspects of their job role which are to:
