?? The Role:As Regional Sales Manager, youll be the driving force behind sales success in your territory. Reporting directly to the UK Managing Director, youll build and develop strong relationships with:
An established distribution network
Key stakeholders including senior management, purchasing, and supply chain teams
Regional sales representatives and end-user customers
Your goal? Increase turnover, deepen partnerships, and create value-driven solutions across the region.
?? What Youll Do:Drive sales growth with strategic accounts and major distributors
Deliver hands-on demo, training, and technical support
Identify new business opportunities and grow your sales pipeline
Lead pricing, commercial negotiations, and contract discussions
Play a key role in campaigns, product launches, and promotions
A background in industrial distribution or technical sales, ideally in welding or related sectors
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing key accounts
Proven success in salesconfident, self-motivated, and results-focused
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
A structured, detail-oriented approach with a passion for customer satisfaction
