Benefits: Car or car allowance (£500 pm), 31 days holiday plus Christmas shutdown, birthday off, laptop, iPad, company phone, fuel card, health and wellbeing services, death in service benefit, pension, and regular social and team events.

Hours: 9am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday, field-based.

Note: You must have a valid driving license and a clean driving record.

Aspire Jobs is partnering with a well-established manufacturing company seeking an experienced and commercially astute B2B Regional Sales Manager to oversee clients in Dorset and Hampshire.

The company supplies major holiday parks with stylish products to boost their sales.

Your role involves visiting sites five days a week, engaging with sales teams, providing quotations, and handling inquiries. Administrative tasks will be completed in the evenings to maximize sales opportunities.

While many relationships are pre-existing, there will be opportunities to prospect for new business. You will manage your region as if it were your own business within company guidelines.

The company values quick decision-making and encourages new ideas from colleagues.

To succeed as an Area Sales Manager, you should:

  • Have previous B2B field/area sales experience
  • Be tenacious, driven, and goal-oriented
  • Be proactive and positive
  • Be capable of building B2B relationships at all levels
  • Possess excellent communication and listening skills
  • Be able to use a tape measure accurately
  • Be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Be proficient with MS Office

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing existing customer relationships through regular visits, providing quotations, and delivering excellent service
  • Responding to and following up on customer inquiries
  • Establishing the company as the preferred supplier for holiday parks
  • Seeking growth opportunities with additional holiday parks in Dorset and Hampshire
  • Reporting progress and updates to the Sales Director
  • Coordinating with the Poole office team
