Regional Sales Manager: Midlands/East Anglia Region (office in Leeds)
We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager who will play a key role in managing and expanding our B2B customer base. This role requires acting as a commercial advisor, providing strategic guidance to drive mutual growth, and ensuring strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers. You will be responsible for delivering timely and comprehensive product and service information while identifying new business opportunities to support company expansion.
As a proactive and strategic thinker, you will manage accounts, support customers with technical challenges, and contribute to customer satisfaction through problem-solving and training initiatives. By leveraging a push & pull strategy, you will help achieve the sales budget within the Pro Channel, actively acquiring new customers in both established and emerging market segments. Your analytical skills will be crucial in assessing market trends, monitoring competitors, and proposing expansion opportunities. You will provide valuable input on market share, pricing trends, and sales forecasts, ensuring alignment with the company’s financial objectives. Through collaboration with internal departments, you will share insights on product portfolio performance, margin developments, and regional growth potential.
The ideal candidate is an experienced sales professional, preferably in the blinds market. With a minimum of five years of sales experience, you have a proactive, results-driven approach and the ability to work independently while fostering strong relationships. Your entrepreneurial mindset, technical savvy, and deep understanding of sales and business performance indicators will set you up for success. IT literacy, including CRM systems, is essential for this role.
