We’re looking for a commercially minded Regional Sales Manager to join our team in supporting our vision of Creating the Future of Media out of home.

About the role:

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our Direct Sales business. You will manage a team of 8 Sales Consultants, selling to a diverse range of medium to large regional clients with complex needs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and coaching your team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Proactively managing team performance and providing hands-on support.
  • Identifying and developing new sales leads with support from Clear Channel marketing teams.
  • Ensuring high-quality pitches and exceptional product knowledge.
  • Building strong relationships across departments to share best practices and insights.
  • Maintain detailed regional sales and business plans.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and achieve KPIs.
  • Equip team members with tools for presenting compelling business arguments to clients.
  • Tailor pitches and proposals to meet client objectives.
  • Demonstrate Clear Channel’s relevance and effectiveness as an advertising option.
  • Maintain detailed activity and account records through Salesforce.

What we're looking for...

  • Proven field sales and new business experience, preferably with a regional focus. Media experience (print, radio etc) is useful, but not required,
  • A track record of creating and growing new and untapped markets, as well as developing the value of an existing customer base,
  • An inspirational and engaging leader able to motivate and coach teams to high performance,
  • Strong, empathetic communicator and presenter,
  • Resilient, able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced marketplace and company culture whilst maintaining professional standards,
  • Proven creative thinker, able to develop solutions to complex problems
  • Comfortable with MS Office suite and CRM tools,
  • Confident user of social media to gain regional market intelligence.
