Part of LSL Property Services plc, PRIMIS Mortgage Network are the largest Mortgage and Protection Network in the UK, with over 1000 firms as business partners and circa 3000 advisors working alongside us.

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join the PRIMIS Sales Team, supporting the Regional Sales Director for the South and London. The southern team oversees approximately 200 partner Mortgage and Protection advisory firms in the South and London, with around 450 writing advisors in total within the region.

The role is wide-ranging and varied but will include:

  • Relationship management
  • Driving sales across Protection, Mortgage, and GI
  • Welcoming new firms into the region
  • Maintaining and enhancing service levels with partner firms
  • Encouraging growth in business, turnover, and manpower
  • Providing ongoing support to newly recruited and existing firms
  • Supporting business development within the region
  • Encouraging best practices within the region
  • Attending sales meetings, workshops, training sessions, and team meetings

The role is field-based. We are specifically looking for candidates residing within the Southern region.

Base salary up to £42,000 DOE, negotiable, with bonus potential. The stated salary includes the car allowance associated with this role.
