Area Sales Manager – Powered Access & Plant Hire

Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Powered Access & Plant Hire

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding career in sales? Eagle Platforms & Training Ltd., the region’s leading access hire company, is seeking a sales representative to visit 120 existing clients and develop new relationships within the northern region of England.

The ideal candidate will have sales or hire experience, be enthusiastic about new challenges, dynamic, self-motivated, and have a proven track record of sales achievement in hire or related sectors. Knowledge of our industry is not essential, as training will be provided.

We offer an estimated total package of £60,000.00 per year for the right candidate, including the following benefits:

  • Starting salary of £45,000.00 per year, plus a target-related bonus of 10%
  • Probationary period of up to six months, during which salary and performance will be reviewed and remuneration adjusted accordingly
  • Company vehicle with free personal use
  • Private healthcare, including coverage for pre-existing conditions for you and your spouse
  • Company pension scheme
  • Death in Service Insurance cover of two times annual salary
  • Full-time position with 24 days paid holidays plus bank holidays

You will service customers from various sectors including construction, retail, and media broadcast, working on projects ranging from HS2 to Formula 1 TV coverage. You will interact directly with clients, resolve issues, and secure new business.
