Join our Team! Baker Hughes Process & Pipeline Services Limited provides clients with integrated packages including Nitrogen services (purging, helium leak testing, bolt tensioning and torquing, system cooldowns), cleaning services (lube-oil flushing, chemical cleaning, retro jetting, high-velocity flushing), and drying using air, nitrogen, or vacuum. Our pipeline services, mechanical, chemical, or gel technology cleaning match pipeline conditions and minimize downtime, reduce environmental impact from evacuating gas, and support environmentally friendly solutions such as clean-burn mobile flaring and temporary gas transfer packages. Other services include hydro-testing, water injection and enhanced oil recovery, and decommissioning. We package these services to manage the entire pre-commissioning process, optimizing utilization of people and equipment, reducing overall cost and time to system start-up. For plant turnarounds, our services minimize outage time while improving plant efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • As Regional Sales Manager, develop a firm understanding of the process and maintenance market across Mainland UK and the Benelux regions, and use this to develop and execute a successful commercial strategy for the business.

  • Develop and deliver annual plan targets and strategies. Within a geographic area, sell products, services, parts, solutions, or projects.

  • Handle products and systems requiring technical knowledge; some customization within guidelines can be done.

  • Contribute to frameworks for prices and conditions. There is room for negotiating and client-specific conditions.

  • Handle diverse clients in a region, with a local focus on a medium-size territory.

  • Collaborate across a matrix organization by building and influencing all stakeholder functions to support desired sales outcomes, including close collaboration with operations, commercial operations, product line, legal and finance.

  • Ensure the overall commercial experience exceeds customer expectations by facilitating outstanding customer relationships across the organization.

Qualifications/Requirements
  • Have experience in a commercial or sales role, with a strong emphasis on customer interface, relationship building, and delivering sales growth.

  • Have experience as a people leader or demonstrate the required competency to mentor more junior sales team members.

  • Demonstrate an understanding of, and experience in deploying a structured selling process, including segment planning, prospecting, opportunity qualification, value positioning, negotiating, and closing.

  • Have experience and knowledge of process and maintenance or similar services.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

  • Ability to influence others and lead small teams.

  • Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact; ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.

  • Effective problem identification and solution skills; proven analytical and organizational ability.

  • Be willing to travel when required.
