Regional Sales Manager – Scotland & Central Belt

Location: Scotland / Central Belt (Hybrid – Home, Showroom & Field-Based)

Are you a motivated sales professional with experience in automation, electronic systems, or smart infrastructure? This is your chance to step into a rewarding, relationship-focused role with one of the most respected global leaders in their field.

We’re partnering with a world-class access automation manufacturer, known for innovation, product quality, and customer focus. With operations in over 80 countries and a strong UK presence, they’re now looking to grow their footprint in Scotland and the Central Belt with the addition of a Regional Sales Manager.

The Opportunity:

This is a fantastic role for someone with a background in electronic security, access automation, parking technologies, or smart city infrastructure. You’ll manage an active base of over 100 customer accounts, while also re-engaging dormant clients and converting inbound leads — no cold calling required.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing, developing, and nurturing an existing customer portfolio
  • Reactivating dormant accounts and engaging warm prospects
  • Delivering technical product demonstrations in the showroom and on-site
  • Meeting with clients in person and virtually (Zoom, Teams, Webex)
  • Driving revenue and growth across your territory with full support behind you

Ideal Background:

We’d love to hear from people with experience in:

  • Electronic Security – CCTV, access control, intruder/fire systems
  • Access Automation – gates, bollards, barriers, intercoms, entry systems
  • Parking Solutions – ANPR, smart parking, EV charging, parking management tech
  • Mobility & Smart City Solutions – traffic control, IoT infrastructure, automation tech
  • Related sectors – BMS, perimeter security, AV integration, or building tech

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in field sales or account management
  • Confidence in developing long-term customer relationships
  • A consultative, solutions-based sales approach
  • Tenacity, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset
  • Based within Scotland or the Central Belt
