Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

JOB SPECIFICATION

Reports to: Sales Director

Contract: Full time – 40 hours per week

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00

Based: Midlands / South Wales / Southwest (M4 Corridor) – Remote, with some office attendance required

Salary: From £40k base + Commission, Car Allowance, Expenses

ABOUT THE ROLE

Innovation and customer excellence sit at the heart of V360, we are actively seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager to drive the growth of V360 and establish market share across multiple channels and markets.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of selling into the construction sectors or conventional security sectors, primarily focusing on technical deployments. The ideal candidate will be highly ambitious and driven, with a competitive approach to multi-channel selling. The candidate should be naturally inquisitive towards the ambition of the company and the candidate will think like a stakeholder and will conduct themselves with integrity and honesty. The candidate should live and breathe technology products within Security, and should have both knowledge of what they’re selling and the ability to feed into how the product grows. This is not a position for anyone who hasn’t dealt with technology before.

WHO YOU ARE

WHAT YOU BRING

  • You are committed to continuously educating yourself by attending professional workshops, industry events, certification courses, and reviewing professional publications.
  • You will have a track record in selling across multiple channels and diverse geographies
  • You have incredible people skills.
  • You have experience in manufacturer to reseller selling
  • You have experience selling and presenting security-based products
  • You have a proven ability to self-generate appointments, territory manage and update CRM
  • You are an expert or on the way to working to become an expert in the security industry who understands what drives demand in your market.
  • You are an expert negotiator.
  • You are interested in and knowledgeable about Security Technology, and passionate about good product.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Seeking out major clients and forming working relationships with buyers within all security sectors, technical and manned guarding.
  • Responsible for delivering on-target growth across all markets that V360 is targeting.
  • Driving sales throughout the region by providing consistent engagement with the client base.
  • Identifying valuable emerging markets.
  • Serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions.
  • Foreseeing and avoiding stagnation in the marketplace.
  • Attending client meetings to provide support and credibility.
