Are you an experienced Regional Sales Manager or an ambitious Sales Executive ready to take the next step? Join Dawsongroup Bus and Coach and help shape the future of transport rental solutions. In this role, you’ll drive growth across the South and South East by building long-term partnerships and offering smarter asset strategies to our valued customers.

  • Manage and grow your region, developing strong client relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Secure long- and short-term rental business across our fleet of premium buses and coaches.
  • Use your commercial insight to identify opportunities and negotiate profitable deals.
  • Work closely with the Sales Director to deliver against clear targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records using our Sales Information Database to ensure high-quality reporting.

You’ll be a confident communicator who thrives in a B2B environment, comfortable engaging with decision-makers and closing deals that deliver real value.
