Job Opportunity: Regional Sales Manager

We have a large fleet of equipment, so excellent product knowledge across a wide range of products is essential. We support our Sales Teams with excellent product training, professional development, and ongoing support.

We now have a fantastic opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager to join our team and develop and grow the business through the leadership and management of the Sales team.

Reporting to our Director, you will ensure that sales plans are in place to meet national and regional targets and objectives, and that team and individual performances are monitored and updated accordingly. You will effectively manage resources and expenditures in line with the budget and collaborate closely with Service Centre and Operational Managers to maximize opportunities.

As a great people manager and motivator, you will drive performance and uphold high professional standards within your team by fostering a supportive and empowering working environment. You must have the drive and desire to maintain and expand our successful and growing business.
