We're supporting a reputable contractor in the civils and infrastructure space as they look to appoint a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to cover London and the South East. This role offers the opportunity to lead regional growth, nurture key accounts, and secure new business with top-tier contractors and developers.
As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll take ownership of business development across your patch, managing relationships from first contact through to delivery handover. You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality service and repeat business.
The Regional Sales Manager role will involve:
·Identifying and winning new work within the construction and civils market
·Maintaining relationships with key accounts across the region
·Supporting tender submissions with accurate commercial input
·Representing the company as the face of the business within the region
·Attending key networking events to promote services and capability
·Manage your team successfully

Requirements:
