Regional Sales Manager (CNC Machinery / Capital Equipment)

£42,500 - £50,000 + 1% Commission of value (£30,000 - £40,000) + Company Hybrid Car + Fuel Card + Full Machinery Training + Career Progression + 33 Days Holiday + Private Healthcare

Home based, Commutable from Sheffield, Leeds, Manchester, Doncaster, York, Chesterfield, Derby and surrounding areas.

Are you a Regional Sales Manager, Area Sales Engineer, or similar, looking to join a thriving and highly reputable capital equipment manufacturer? One that will invest in your technical expertise, give you full autonomy, and offer the opportunity to significantly boost your earnings through uncapped commission?

You'll work with high-value, industry-leading equipment, managing customer requirements from start to finish while building long-term relationships and reaping the rewards of fantastic earning potential.

With a global presence and around 50 employees in the UK, this company delivers machinery valued between £250k and £1.5m, making it a prime environment to achieve substantial financial success.

This role is ideal for someone with Sales Experience who's eager to elevate their career, dive deeper into a technically advanced product, and take full advantage of a generous, uncapped commission structure.

The Role:

  1. Field-based role covering Sheffield, Leeds, Manchester, Doncaster, York, Chesterfield, Derby, and surrounding areas.
  2. Work with one of the UK's leading machinery suppliers, partnering with a variety of manufacturing companies to deliver end-to-end machinery solutions.
  3. Full bespoke training provided on all machinery and systems.
  4. Commission paid at 1% of order value - with machinery ranging from £250k to £1.5m and an average sale of £750k.

The Person:
  1. Engineering experience with a Capital Machinery background.
  2. Driven individual looking to progress their career into a Sales focused role.
