What Youll Be Doing

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 5 sales reps to achieve and exceed targets
  • Set the tone and pace create a high-performing, growth-focused culture
  • Develop and deliver strategic sales plans that align with our national expansion goals
  • Use data to drive decisions track performance, report insights, and identify opportunities
  • Visit partner gyms across the UK to build relationships and expand brand reach
  • Proactively solve problems and streamline team operations and scheduling
