Job summary

CR Smith, Scotland’s leading home-improvement specialist, invites motivated sales professionals to join its growing regional team. You will manage the full sales cycle, leverage pre-qualified appointments, and build a personal client base while earning strong commissions and bonuses.

The role offers extensive product training, mentoring, flexible hours, and opportunities to advance within a trusted UK brand. Based in Central Scotland with travel to Dunfermline, Aberdeen and Bellshill as required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate a proven track record in sales (B2B/B2C/Retail/Customer service) with ability to close business.
• Ambitious candidates rewarded for hitting and overachieving targets, with coaching and career development.
• Entrepreneurial flair and motivation to build a business while representing a national brand.
• Full UK Drivers Licence with at least 1 year of driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Be involved in the full sales cycle in a buoyant market while autonomously driving results.
• Attend daily sales meetings and refresher training courses.
• Take advantage of pre-qualified appointments and opportunities to self-generate via exhibitions and client contacts.
