Job Title: Field Executive

Location:

Worcester - M4 Corridor, UK

Salary:

£23,500-£24,500 Per annum, Up to 10% performance bonus, Company Car, Tablet, Phone, Group benefits (DIS, Pension)

Reports To:

National Sales Manager

Hours of Work:

9.00 am to 5.30 pm

Base:

Field-based with HQ visits and offsite meetings

Job Description:

We are seeking a confident, sales-focused Field Executive to represent Glanbia Performance Nutrition, a major player in sports nutrition. You will promote iconic brands such as Optimum Nutrition, BSN, and Nutramino in your territory, developing strong customer relationships and identifying growth opportunities.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience in a gym, sales, retail environment, or brand ambassador role within FMCG/Consumer goods
  • Energy, drive, and passion for sports nutrition
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of gym culture and habits across UK gyms
  • Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills
  • Ability to document ideas and drive performance
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify sector potential
  • Ability to influence at all management levels
Main Duties:
  1. Develop customer relationships and identify distribution opportunities
  2. Promote and educate about sports performance and supplementation
  3. Maximize brand presence within your territory
  4. Support account growth and provide ongoing support
  5. Lead category & brand training for retailers and gyms
  6. Assist in re-merchandising and maintain brand standards
  7. Achieve KPIs through a high-performing field mentality
  8. Share best practices and keep management informed
  9. Resolve issues proactively
  10. Understand clients’ business and products deeply
  11. Complete administrative tasks efficiently
  12. Analyze retail landscape for competitive advantage and seasonal opportunities
