The Regional Sales Engineer RF (Radio Frequency) is responsible for driving sales growth within a designated territory by leveraging technical expertise in RF systems and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  2. Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales process, including the provision of solution proposals tailored to customer requirements.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product development, marketing) to ensure customer needs are met and to provide feedback on market trends and product improvements.
  4. Prepare and deliver accurate quotations and negotiate contract terms.
  5. Stay current with industry trends, emerging RF technologies, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and product positioning.
  6. Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote RF solutions and expand the company’s market presence.
  7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications in RF technology are a plus.
  2. Proven experience in technical sales or sales engineering, preferably with a focus on RF or wireless communication products.
  3. Strong technical knowledge of RF systems, including antennas, transmitters, receivers, and wireless networking (e.g., LTE, 5G).
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
