Senior leadership position within the Foodservice Sector

THE COMPANY

We are a leading UK Foodservice wholesaler, established in the South West and with ambitious plans for further growth.

With a turn over of almost £100 Million we have developed a strong reputation for being able to provide a one stop product range to chefs in alongside a high level of customer service.

We operate with a high degree of flexibility on cut off times for ordering and minimum deliveries as we fully appreciate the importance to chefs of agile service in these areas.

THE ROLE

This position is a key part of our Commercial team – heading up the Sales side of our business.

You will lead the sales team for our company – with involvement in strategy for sales across multi depots.

This will involve key internal partnerships with areas including procurement, operations and marketing to ensure that our proposition to our customers is as strong as possible.

You will have over 20 indirect field sales based reports channelled into RSMs who report directly into you at Director level.

In addition to this, you will also be responsible for directly driving sales yourself via Key Account and Multi site operators within our area.

The focus of the role is to drive volume of sales alongside strong margin and customer retention.
