What You Will Do
As a Sales Regional Director at BlinkOps, you’ll lead and grow a high-performing team of 3-5 Account Executives across EMEA. You’ll be responsible for mentoring your team through complex enterprise sales cycles, driving strong pipeline generation and quota attainment, and helping the team scale with discipline and efficiency. Your leadership will directly impact BlinkOps’s go-to-market strategy and growth in EMEA.
