Roseate Hotels & Resorts is a growing collection of luxury and boutique hotels located across the UK and India. Our properties in London, Reading, Bath, Edinburgh, and Wiltshire offer timeless elegance, exceptional service, and curated guest experiences. We are expanding our Sales team and are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our proactive sales initiatives across the group.

Role Summary

The Regional Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal support role in the Sales Team, enabling successful outreach, lead conversion, and event coordination across our UK properties. Reporting directly to our Regional Sales Executive & Director of Sales you will provide essential administrative and client-facing support across Corporate, MICE, Leisure, and Group Sales.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Sales Support:

  • Liaise with the Reservations, Events and Front-Office Teams for warm lead capture
  • Qualify incoming enquiries and support outbound research
  • Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and business prospects updates
  • Schedule appointments and site inspections for the Sales Team
  • Support sales participation in trade shows, client events, and pop-up promotions, show-rounds.

Admin Support

  • Maintain accurate records, pipeline tracking, and contacts
  • Prepare weekly sales reports and lead conversion summaries
  • Manage updates on third-party platforms and listing sites
  • Assist with sales collateral updates and campaign coordination

Collaboration & Culture

  • Regional Sales Executive (day-to-day supervisor) & Director of Sales
  • Revenue Management Team, Reservations and Events Teams
  • Marketing Team

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 1–2 years’ experience in Hospitality - Background in Hotels (front office, reservations, events or guest services) is a strong advantage
  • Eager to grow professionally within a proactive and collaborative sales environment
  • Ideal for candidates stepping up from junior roles and looking for a career path in luxury hotel sales
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to support sales events and hotel promotions
  • Knowledge of PMS systems (e.g. Opera, or similar) is a plus
