Join our team as an Apprentice Account Manager and embark on a dynamic role that offers immense growth potential. With a base location at one of our branches and covering the Leedsand Sheffieldarea, you'll primarily be on the road, engaging with our valued customers. Key Details:
- **Hours:** Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (No weekend work!)
- **Benefits:** Competitive salary, company car, annual bonus
- **Training:** Enrolment in our level 4 sales expert apprenticeship

What will I be doing?
In this pivotal customer-facing role, your focus will be on executing our strategy and upholding our core values.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Establishing and nurturing a network of contacts and customers, while maintaining strong communication with key stakeholders.
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of our products/services and the market landscape.
- Assisting senior account managers in expanding sales to larger accounts.
- Independently managing and selling to small to medium-sized accounts, engaging with clients face-to-face and taking ownership of business relationships.
- Cultivating relationships, building rapport, and generating new business opportunities through prospecting, LinkedIn outreach, and strategic emails.
- Gaining insights into customer needs and effectively presenting tailored solutions.
