Job Description:
Provides candidate selection, hiring manager coaching, interviewing techniques, and talent assessment across Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliated entities. Uses assessment tools, interprets results, and drives workforce planning. Partners with team members in sourcing, recruiting, and pipeline development to meet organizational hiring needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage assessment tools to facilitate goal achievement.
- Contribute to developing and improving recruiting strategies and practices organization-wide.
- Meet monthly recruiting goals in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Develop internal and external communications to promote opportunities.
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with hiring managers and client groups.
- Recruit primarily for Retail Management positions across stores, including high-volume class-style hiring.
- Identify, qualify, and present candidates to business leaders.
- Respond to employment inquiries from candidates and managers.
- Conduct weekly debriefs and updates with business leaders.
- Advise managers on staffing policies and procedures.
- Stay current on EEO, Affirmative Action, OFCCP, ADA, and related laws; recommend policy revisions as needed.
- Innovate and improve hiring practices in partnership with the recruiting team.
- Partner with workforce development to support Goodwill’s mission.

- Build and maintain positive relationships within the organization.
- Maintain regular in-person attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Preferred: AIRS or Social Talent certification.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, especially Workday.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Collaborative team player.
- Fluent in English.
- Customer service orientation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
- Pass background check and drug screen, if applicable.
