Overview

Regional Relief Sales Consultant - (Full-time and Part-time options available). Simon Acres Recruitment are looking for a personable, driven, and positive Regional Relief Sales Consultant for a well-established, highly successful, and growing Furniture retailer. The Regional Relief Sales Consultant is responsible for providing cover as/when needed in the client's March, Peterborough, Northampton, Stevenage branches, though applications are welcomed from candidates who can only travel to 2-3 of these locations. In the role, your focus will be delivering exceptional customer service, sales advice, and creating an informed, honest, professional sales experience for our client's customers, both face to face and over the telephone.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop both new and existing customers through excellent customer care and ethical sales methods
  • Achieve your performance KPI's
  • Provide outstanding customer service at all times, resolving all customer queries quickly and efficiently, managing situations to result in successful conclusions
  • Handle telesales calls in between the store's footfall
  • Adapt to new technology to help enhance customer experience
  • Work flexibly and as part of the team, ensuring stock is replenished and displayed to the required standard
  • Carry out daily cash handling routines
  • Adhere to data protection policies at all times
  • Change POS and update pricing changes within the store
  • Ensure the store is clean and presentable at all times
Requirements and Experience
  • Minimum of 1 year's retail sales experience
  • Advantage - Furniture sales experience
Package & Working Conditions
  • Starting Salary: £23k Basic With £45-50k OTE
  • Working Hours: 5 days per week (Mon-Sat 9am to 5:30pm, Sun 10am to 4pm). Hours may differ slightly depending on store
  • 45p per mile allowance for travel to stores that are not the candidate's base store
  • Location coverage: March, Peterborough, Northampton, Stevenage (applications welcome from candidates able to travel to 2-3 locations)
