Job summary

Axis CLC Group is recruiting a proactive Site Manager to lead refurbishment and renewal projects across a regional housing and public-sector portfolio. You will take responsibility for site safety, quality, programme and client satisfaction, coordinating internal teams, subcontractors and client representatives to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.

The role covers full/partial refurbishments, external renewals and compliance upgrades.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering refurbishment/renewal projects in housing/public sector environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of building fabric and refurbishment sequencing.
• Excellent understanding of H&S and CDM regulations, RAMS and safe systems of work.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of refurbishment and renewal projects.
• Develop phase and short-term programmes; ensure materials, labour and logistics are ready.
• Lead on site safety; enforce RAMS, permits and method statements; conduct inductions and site audits.
