Job Description:

My client has been established for over 30 years and has branches in numerous locations nationwide.

They are rapidly growing and constantly recruiting for various roles. Now they are looking for a Regional Recruitment Manager to join them and manage and grow three small teams from various locations in the South and Midlands.

In 2018 there is projection for you to open new branches and build those teams should you wish to.

You should ideally be based in the Midlands but the South will also be ideal.

Regular travel will be involved and you will be given a company car or allowance.

Responsibilities of the role will be to ensure all locations hit their targets and grow the team in-line with the targets.

You will also be responsible for winning new business and further developing the existing.

Training and mentoring of consultants and ensuring they are working within expectations and targets is also a key responsibility.

Knowledge of the Construction industry - Civil Engineering is essential for this role.
