Acorn by Synergie is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Tiverton and Exeter operations, driving sales growth, developing client relationships and inspiring a high-performing recruitment team to deliver exceptional results.

You will own the branches' commercial performance, shape growth strategies, maximise profitability and strengthen our presence across the region, while ensuring outstanding candidate and client experiences and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven success in recruitment sales and business development.
• Experience managing and developing a recruitment team.
• Strong track record of winning new business and growing existing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through new business generation and proactive development.
• Identify and secure new client opportunities across Tiverton and Exeter.
• Grow and develop existing accounts to maximise revenue and client partnerships.
• Take full ownership of branch financial performance including revenue and budgets.
• Lead, motivate and develop a team to achieve targets.
• Monitor performance, pipeline activity and KPIs with action plans as needed.
